  • "Community" refers to any online community operated by Mothered, including Telegram, Practice Better groups, and future member communities.
  • "You" or "User" means any visitor, customer, subscriber, coaching client, or community member using our Services.

Mothered is an online education, coaching, and community platform supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood.

Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
  • educational articles

  • digital downloads
  • online courses
  • assessments
  • coaching
  • group coaching
  • workshops
  • community spaces
  • live events
  • future educational offerings
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or improve any portion of our Services at any time without prior notice.

4. Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
  • you are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • you will comply with all applicable laws while using our Services.
Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed toward children under the age of 13.

5. Educational Purposes Only
Mothered provides educational and informational resources designed to support mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.

All content available through our Website and Services—including articles, newsletters, coaching, courses, assessments, downloads, community discussions, videos, audio recordings, and other materials—is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing provided through Mothered should be interpreted as professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

While we strive to provide evidence-informed information, every individual and every family is different.
You remain responsible for how you choose to apply any information obtained through Mothered.

6. Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer
Mothered is not a medical practice, healthcare provider, mental health practice, or licensed therapy provider.

Our Services do not include:
  • medical diagnosis;
  • medical treatment;
  • psychotherapy;
  • counseling;
  • psychiatric care;
  • crisis intervention;
  • emergency services; or
  • any other licensed healthcare services.
Nothing available through Mothered should replace individualized advice from your physician, licensed therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical care because of information obtained through Mothered.

7. Coaching Disclaimer
Mothered provides coaching designed to offer education, accountability, encouragement, practical guidance, and support.
Coaching is collaborative and future-focused.

It is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or any other licensed healthcare service.
By participating in coaching, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • coaching outcomes vary from person to person;
  • no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed;
  • you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing;
  • you are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health care when needed.
Participation in coaching does not establish a physician-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, or other licensed professional relationship.

8. Emergency Situations
Mothered does not provide emergency services.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, contact your local emergency services or qualified healthcare provider immediately.

If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or believe you may be in immediate danger, seek emergency assistance immediately through the appropriate emergency services or crisis resources available in your location.

9. User Accounts
Certain Services may require you to create an account through Mothered or one of our authorized service providers, including Practice Better.
You agree to:
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • Accept responsibility for activities that occur under your account.
  • You may not share your account with another person unless expressly permitted by Mothered.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive manner.

10. Purchases & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments for our Services are securely processed through Stripe or another payment processor we authorize.

By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that:
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • The payment information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchase.

Mothered reserves the right to:
  • modify pricing;
  • discontinue products or Services;
  • correct pricing errors;
  • limit promotional offers; and
  • refuse or cancel orders where permitted by law.

Refund eligibility, cancellation policies, and other purchase-specific terms may vary by product or Service and are governed by our Refund Policy and any additional agreements applicable to the Service purchased.

11. Digital Products & Courses
When you purchase or receive a Digital Product from Mothered, you are purchasing a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that material for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Unless we provide prior written permission, you may not:
  • Copy or reproduce our Digital Products.
  • Share downloads with others.
  • Upload materials to file-sharing websites.
  • Sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer our content.
  • Modify our materials and present them as your own.
  • Use our content to create competing products or services.
  • Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.
  • Use our content to train artificial intelligence models, datasets, or automated systems without our prior written consent.
  • Access to Digital Products may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.

12. Coaching Services
Mothered provides educational coaching designed to offer guidance, accountability, practical tools, and support throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.

By participating in coaching, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • Coaching is collaborative and educational in nature.
  • Coaching is not medical care, therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.
  • Results vary between individuals.
  • No guarantees are made regarding personal, emotional, health, parenting, financial, or other outcomes.
  • You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
  • You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions or providing notice if you need to reschedule in accordance with our applicable coaching policies.
Mothered reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or refer clients to other professionals if we determine our Services are not appropriate for a particular situation.

Certain coaching programs may also require a separate Coaching Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Community Guidelines
Mothered is committed to fostering a respectful, supportive, and welcoming community.

Whether participating in Telegram, Practice Better communities, workshops, future memberships, or other community spaces, you agree to:
  • Treat others with kindness and respect.
  • Respect differing perspectives and lived experiences.
  • Maintain the privacy of fellow community members.
  • Avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
  • Avoid posting unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Refrain from unsolicited advertising, spam, or self-promotion without permission.
  • Follow all applicable laws and platform rules.
While we encourage a culture of trust and confidentiality, Mothered cannot guarantee that other community members will maintain the confidentiality of information shared within community spaces.

We encourage all participants to use discretion when deciding what personal information to share.

Mothered reserves the right to remove content, restrict participation, or terminate access to any community space if these Terms or our Community Guidelines are violated.

14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all content made available through Mothered—including but not limited to our name, logo, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, audio recordings, blog posts, newsletters, worksheets, assessments, quizzes, workbooks, Digital Products, templates, courses, coaching materials, educational resources, website design, text, software, and other content—is owned by or licensed to Mothered and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes proprietary frameworks, methodologies, educational systems, and branded materials developed by Mothered, including but not limited to:
  • The Mothered Method™
  • The Mothered Assessment™
  • and any future proprietary frameworks, methodologies, trademarks, names, or educational systems developed by Mothered.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Except as expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
  1. reproduce;
  2. publish;
  3. distribute;
  4. modify;
  5. publicly display;
  6. create derivative works from;
  7. sell;
  8. license;
  9. exploit; or
  10. otherwise use
  11. any Mothered intellectual property for commercial purposes.

Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

15. User Content & Testimonials
You may choose to submit comments, reviews, testimonials, feedback, photographs, videos, survey responses, or other content ("User Content") through our Services.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
  • You own the content or have permission to share it.
  • Your content does not violate the rights of another person or organization.
  • Your content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading material.
  • Your content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
  • If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, success story, or feedback, you grant Mothered a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and edit your submission for length, grammar, or clarity (without materially changing its meaning) for educational, marketing, promotional, or business purposes.
  • We will never knowingly share sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily choose to make public without your permission.
  • If we wish to identify you by your full name, photograph, or other personally identifying information beyond what you voluntarily submitted, we will obtain your permission before doing so.
  • We reserve the right—but not the obligation—to remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mothered's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid directly to Mothered for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mothered and its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, successors, assigns, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to:
  • your use of the Services;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable laws or regulations;
  • your infringement of another person's rights;
  • User Content you submit;
  • your misuse of the Website or Services.

This obligation survives the termination of your relationship with Mothered.

21. Suspension & Termination
Mothered reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Website or Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:
  • You have violated these Terms or any other Mothered policies;
  • You have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct;
  • Your actions may negatively affect Mothered, our community, or other users;
  • Continued access is no longer appropriate or feasible.
Termination of your access does not affect any obligations or rights that arose before termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, indemnification obligations, or any provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination.

You agree that electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts, policies, and other communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

  • labor disputes;
  • internet or telecommunications outages;
  • cyberattacks;
  • power failures;
  • interruptions affecting third-party service providers; or
  • other events beyond our reasonable control.
During such events, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

24. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Mothered may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, business restructuring, or other lawful business transaction.

25. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website or Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to applicable law, any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

26. Dispute Resolution
We genuinely hope to resolve any concerns directly and encourage you to contact us before pursuing formal legal action.
If a dispute arises relating to these Terms or our Services, both parties agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.

Nothing in these Terms limits either party's right to seek temporary injunctive or equitable relief when necessary to protect intellectual property rights or other legal interests.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Website Disclaimer, Coaching Agreement (where applicable), and any additional policies or agreements that apply to a particular Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mothered regarding your use of the Website and Services.

These documents supersede all prior communications, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
